For Buyers on the SmilePepper Platform:

By clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, you agree to share your necessary information with the seller. This may include your:

• Contact number
• Email address
• Delivery address
• Gender
• Nickname
• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Profile picture
• Location

Please note: SmilePepper is not responsible for any information shared by sellers via their personal communication tools. Additionally, even if you deactivate your account, your data will be retained securely in our system to allow easy reactivation in the future.

For Sellers on the SmilePepper Platform:

As a seller, we collect the same information as we do for all users and buyers. This includes:

• Contact details (e.g., phone number, email)
• Personal details (e.g., full name, nickname, date of birth, gender)
• Profile and content information (e.g., profile photo, address, items listed)
• Usage activity and interactions on the platform: any forms, fields, or product/service details entered while using SmilePepper tools/features
• Government-issued documents: such as business licenses, permits, or other certificates required for verification and legal compliance.

This data is used for platform functionality, identity verification, service improvements, and to protect both buyers and sellers in case of disputes.

By using SmilePepper as a seller, you also agree to the following terms:

• Do not send spam, explicit, or fraudulent content to users via their personal contact information.
• Do not contact deactivated users under any circumstances.
• Do not provide false or misleading information in your listings, promotions, or communication.
• You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share — SmilePepper does not assume liability for seller-generated content.
• SmilePepper reserves the right to remove any content that violates our terms, including fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate material.
• We may suspend or permanently ban seller accounts involved in scams, abusive behavior, or policy violations.
