How to order
Order Cut-Off Time
Please note that we need at least 3 days order in advance. For example, Order Request Form must be sent to us for confirmation latest by Wednesday for the collection/delivery on Saturday.
Payment
Payment via PayNow. We will provide you with the Paynow detail when we confirm your order. Payment has to be done within 24 hours upon order confirmation. Kindly screenshot your payment transaction and DM us so that we can keep track on your payment status and process your order.
Delivery service
- The official collection/delivery days are every Wednesday and Saturday.
- Other day can be arranged depending on existing production commitments.
- Minimum order quantity for some items are required for orders on non official collection/delivery days.
- Please contact us for confirmation.
- Delivery Fee: $10 (extra charge for Jurong West, Tuas, Senoko and Sentosa).
- Free delivery for order amount "more than" $100 (to 1 location only).
Pick-up instruction
- We will provide the collection address and time during order confirmation.
